In addition, participants have a right to take legal action to obtain compensation for any injuries or complications resulting from the study. Compensation may be available if injury or complication are sufficiently serious and caused by unsafe drugs or treatments including equipment or by the negligence of one of the parties involved in the study. Legal rights to compensation are not withheld by participating in this study.
