Trisha Peel

Professor Trisha Peel (MBBShons, GradCertClinRes, FRACP, PhD) is an Infectious Diseases Clinician-Researcher with a national and international research interest in prevention and treatment of perioperative infections and antimicrobial stewardship.

Prof Peel was awarded her PhD in August 2014 and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, USA.

She holds appointments at Monash University as Deputy Director (Research) Department of Infectious Diseases, and Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs at Alfred Health and Epworth Healthcare.
